Quick Update

Hey everyone!

I just wanted to give you all a quick update on what is going on with me. I have been feeling pretty good, just tired which is the usual for me. I have had a lot of appointments in the past few weeks to meet with all of my doctors for follow ups and all. I went to see my family doctor about a month ago because I had a cough that was not going away. She sent me to have an x-ray and they found a few small spots on my right lung that concerned her a bit. Anyway, I ended up having a CT scan and a PET scan and they also found a swollen lymph node under my left arm. They decided to try to do a needle biopsy to see if they could figure out what was going on with the lymph node. The biopsy did not show enough to tell what exactly is going on but they did find some suspicious cells. I went to the oncologist today and found out what else is going to happen now. I will be having a couple procedures on Friday, January 9th. They are going to first check for any infection in my lungs. Then they will be completely removing the lymph node under my arm. Depending on what that shows I may need to having another biopsy on the spots on my right lung. Although it has been rough, I am completely relying on God and I have faith that He is going to take care of everything. Thank you all for the continued prayer and support!
